SANDJACKING™ METHODS

SANDJACKING™ IS A PATENTED PROCESS FOR LIFTING SETTLED AND UNEVEN CONCRETE - AT A FRACTION OF THE COST OF REPLACEMENT!

Over time, most concrete will experience some degree of settling, as underlying soils become compacted. In addition to being an eyesore, settled concrete creates a trip hazard and liability for homeowners and businesses alike.  Our patented Sandjacking™ process is comparable in cost yet superior in results to mudjacking, and a fraction of the cost of concrete replacement.
SANDJACKING™ METHODS

Any combination of these methods may be used to raise your concrete

Patented Braces

Picture
Patented Sandjacking™ braces lift and level concrete, without drilling holes.
Ideal for concrete less than 10 feet in width that can be accessed from two opposite sides. Once lifted and leveled to match the surrounding concrete, dry limestone is blown to fill the cavity beneath, providing a dry, consistent base with 95-99% compaction for the concrete to rest on.

Hydraulic Pole Jacks

Hydraulics and poles used Sandjack™ a garage apron, where access is not possible from two opposite ends.
Hydraulics and poles used Sandjack™ a garage apron, where access is not possible from two opposite ends.
When we do not have access from opposite sides, or on larger concrete slabs, we use our patented pole jacks to lift and level. After filling with our dry limestone sand, the .5 inch diameter holes are filled to match surrounding concrete as closely as possible.

Air Pressure Lifting

Picture
Often used on large concrete slabs, such as parking lots and bridge decks, or on floors that are bordered by curbs or foundation walls where air can be "captured."  As the concrete slab is raised, the dry limestone sand is pumped in under pressure to fill the air void, reestablishing a consistent slab support.  Very few holes are required for this type of repair, and they will not exceed 1 inch in diameter.

Raise/level sidewalk from front steps to public sidewalk, approx. 30 feet. Home made wooden wheelchair ramp will probably need to be removed, I will do that.
